Description
6 weeks of training that you can do in a gym, in the park or even at home. The training isn’t exclusively with DB’s but the only equipment you need is a pair of dumbbells, a skipping rope and something to jump or step onto.
We will offer scales along the way but feel free to swap movements and reps about depending on your goals, ability and daily mood. There will be prescribed weights but use what you have or what you need to get the work done!
